The Intercultural Development Inventory is a cross-cultural assessment measuring five core competencies of cultural competence. Individuals, groups, and teams will be able to see their collective and individual results, highlighting a picture of where they are alongside areas of growth. In addition, participants receive an Individual Development Report with four tiers of reflection/work tailored to their cultural competence.
